Bright Home Club – Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview
The Bright Home Club is a residential electrical service membership offered by Wieser Electric Ltd. It is billed at $9.99/month, automatically recurring until cancelled. Membership includes one annual ESA-compliant electrical safety inspection, waived truck/diagnostic fees, priority booking, member-only discounts, and an extended workmanship warranty.
2. Billing & Payments
Membership is billed monthly via automatic payment on your selected method. Missed or declined payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until resolved. Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previously billed months. To cancel, please contact Wieser Electric by phone or email at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
4. Included Services
One Annual Electrical Safety Inspection: Performed once every 12 months from date of enrollment. Must be scheduled by the homeowner. Missed appointments do not carry over.
No Truck/Diagnostic Fees: Applied to standard residential service calls during normal business hours.
Priority Booking: Members receive first-available scheduling ahead of non-members.
Discounts: 10% off panel upgrades, surge protection, and hot tub wiring. 5% off additional EV charger installations.
Extended Workmanship Warranty: 2-year coverage on work performed while the membership is active.
5. Exclusions
Membership benefits apply to one residential address per membership. Does not cover emergency after-hours service, commercial work, or major upgrades unless otherwise specified. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless approved in writing.
6. Referral and Loyalty Credits
Members receive a $25 credit for each referred household who joins the Bright Home Club. Members receive a $50 loyalty credit after 12 months of continuous enrollment, automatically applied to future services.
7. Changes to Terms
Wieser Electric reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days’ notice. Updates will be posted on our website and/or provided in writing.
